My goal is to get your order out the door within 48 hours. Sometimes it's 72 though. Depends how helpful my studio supervisors are. You'll receive an email update once your order is on the way to you.

I'm glad you like my art enough to spend your hard-earned cash on it, and I certainly want it to arrive safe and sound. All orders are packed with care. I'm also a bit of a perfectionist, so your items will be super protected. However, if your order doesn't arrive just as you expected, please reach out to me! I'll be glad to help!

When will my order ship?
I'll start packing you order as soon as possible so it will be on the way to you within 48-72 hours. If something unexpected happens that doesn't allow me to meet that goal, you will be notified by email.
If I'm local to the Missoula area, can we schedule a pick-up?
Certainly! I'm generally in town for errands a few times a week, so contact me here to set something up. I'll be happy to forgo shipping and the costs associated with it.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. I do hope to add an international option one day though.
What if I never received my package?
If your order ends up lost in the mail, I will send out a new one. I am not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered". If that's the case, please contact the carrier with the tracking number you received at the time of shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
It happens, no matter how much of a perfectionist I am when it comes to packing. Send a photo of the damages to hello@trekkablestudios.com, and I'll exchange the damaged goods or give you a refund for those items.
What is your return policy?
If there's a problem, let me know! Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me to go over the details. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! Please contact me if you're interested in carrying any of my work in your store. I'm always excited to meet and work with new people.
